RETURN POLICY
No returns without prior approval by emailing [email protected]. No returns accepted after 48 hours of delivery. After return authorization is given, merchandise must be returned within 7 working days to 3265 Monier Circle Suite D Rancho Cordova, CA 95742. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the box; returns shipped back without and RGA number will be refused without exception. All returned items must be in new and re-saleable condition and must include a packing slip providing customer's name and invoice number, as well as a list of returned items and reason for the return. A 30% restocking fee will be applied, and refunds are for in-store credit only unless otherwise stated. In-store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, and exclude shipping charges on the original invoice. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and it is recommended that the package is returned using the same carrier as sent from BC Fabrication, along with insurance and a tracking number. BC Fabrication is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged by the shipping company in transit.
Please be aware that any part that has been modified by the customer will NOT be accepted for return- if you modify it, you own it!
RETURN POLICY - CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom order sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. If your vehicle is sold, stolen, repossessed, or wrecked, you own the parts you ordered for it. No refunds on air suspension components or electronics. If your custom order is incorrect, the problem must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by emailing [email protected].
DAMAGED ITEMS/ SHIPPING ERRORS
All damage claims and shipping errors must be reported to BC Fabrication within 48 hours of receipt by emailing [email protected]. BC Fabrication reserves the right to handle all damage claims and shipping errors as we see fit. Please be aware that damage claims take time for the shipping companies to resolve, and your patience in the matter is appreciated. Replacement parts or credits will not be issued until a claim is paid or otherwise resolved.

We always welcome your comments, suggestions, complaints, technical questions on our products, and of course photos of your custom vehicle projects using BC Fabrication products. Sorry, photos cannot be returned and become property of BC Fabrication.
BC Fab "Black Friday" Sale Terms
This includes items on sale from 11/29/2024 12:01am PST to 12/02/2024 11:59pm PST, Items with Free Shipping only apply to the Continental United States. Some exclusions may apply.

SPRING SALE TERMS
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:

• IP addresses are used to help diagnose problems related to server operations. IP addresses are also used to help identify customers, their respective shopping carts and to gather broad demographic information.
• Cookies are used to keep track of shopping cart activity and to deliver information customized to respective customer interests. A cookie is stored only on the customer's respective computer and does not contain any credit card, address, or other personal information. The cookies are not shared with any other company.
• Individual contact, registration, order, contest, survey and other information collected online from users (including name, address, email, telephone, demographic, vehicle) will not be sold, rented or provided to third parties for any type of use. BC Fabrication reserves the right to use this information to send its users company related information or promotional material. Users are afforded a clear opportunity to opt-out of any email list as outlined in the BC Fab email privacy policy:
